Plan to arrive a few minutes before your appointment and be sure that all of your paperwork is filled out before your visit.

Consultation & Health History
Your first visit begins with a thorough consultation. We'll review your health history, discuss your current concerns, and listen to what's been going on — no rushing.

Chiropractic Examination
We'll perform a comprehensive chiropractic exam, which may include posture analysis, range of motion testing, and orthopedic or neurological assessments as needed.

Report of Findings
We'll explain exactly what we found and what it means. If chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition, we'll outline a recommended care plan and answer all your questions.

Your First Adjustment
If appropriate, we may perform your first adjustment on the same visit. Most patients feel immediate relief — and many are surprised by how gentle the process is.
